Bundarra pork sausages are made from premium pork meat primarily from the forequarter, fresh spices, sea salt and natural hogskins- that’s it! No flours, meals, premixes or preservatives. We make Pork and Fennel, Pork, Apple and Sage, Toulouse sausages (pork, salt and pepper), Bratwurst (garlic, herbs, onion, mustard), Hot Italian Sausage and a Smoked Chorizo sausage. Gluten free.
